Recovery HM today – but my HR just didn’t realise it.
Don’t know why, but ot was impossible to keep the HR down, felt really hard – did the last 1/3 as a paddle.
Trying to alternate the sessions here, between 30minute erg and UT2 stuff.
Giving blood later, so not a lot of meters today.
This is one of the sessions I started last week, the 1 minute rest between intervals, helps lower the HR a bit, but not much:

I was watching a bit of Dirk Gently Holistic Detective Agency on Netflix and got a little carried away.
It should have been a Rate 18 strapless row at about 2:07-2:08 pace with a max HR of 135 (UT2).
Ended up as a R18, strapless @ 2:04-2:05 at about max 140 HR (UT1).
Still…,Nr. 96 of the season and 24 on the crazy bear challenge
Just testing to see if i can write a blog post offline (i.e. on a tablet ) to be published then later.
Also wanted to test the MS Word Blog possibilities.
The formatting is much easier.
Adding graphics is a lot easier, as is creating tables, formatting them etc.

The next competition that I will be taking part of, is the german championship 30 minute ergo in Starnberg.

As I have mostly being concentratin on aerobic base building, I will be introducing some shorter, faster pieces to improve speed (I hope).
I will be posting times and averages, mostly just for me as a reference to see how and if I have improved any.
